第1条（適用）
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、シンプルカスタムランチャー（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストールまたは使用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条（サービス内容）
本アプリは、Android端末のホーム画面をカスタマイズするためのランチャーアプリです。以下の機能を提供します：
- アプリショートカットの配置・カスタマイズ
- 電話発信・SMS送信のショートカット作成
- カレンダー・メモ帳機能
- その他ホーム画面に関する機能
第3条（広告について）
本アプリでは、Google AdMob による広告を表示します。広告の内容は第三者（Google およびその広告パートナー）が提供するものであり、開発者はその内容について一切の責任を負いません。
第4条（有料コンテンツの購入と返金）
- 本アプリには、一度の購入で機能を無期限に利用できるプレミアム機能（以下「有料コンテンツ」）があります。
- 有料コンテンツの価格は、Google Playの購入画面に表示される金額とします。
- 有料コンテンツはGoogle Playが提供する決済手段を通じて購入することができます。
- 有料コンテンツはデジタルデータの性質上、購入確定後のキャンセル、返品、および返金には一切応じられません。 動作環境等を事前にご確認の上、ご購入ください。なお、Google Playのポリシーに基づく払い戻しについてはGoogle Playのヘルプをご確認ください。
- 利用者の端末環境やOSのアップデート、または本アプリの提供終了により有料コンテンツが利用不能となった場合でも、開発者は一切の返金義務を負わないものとします。
- 機種変更時のデータの引き継ぎについては、Google Playの定めるリストア（購入情報の復元）機能を通じて行われるものとします。
- 広告視聴によるプレミアム機能の一時解放は、視聴完了から24時間の期限付きです。
第5条（禁止事項）
利用者は以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
- 本アプリの改変、二次的著作物の作成
- 本アプリを商用目的で再配布する行為
- 不正な手段によるプレミアム機能の解除
- その他、法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第6条（知的財産権）
本アプリに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、開発者に帰属します。本規約により、利用者に知的財産権が移転するものではありません。
第7条（免責事項）
- 本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの動作について明示的または黙示的な保証を行いません。
- 本アプリの使用により生じた損害（データの消失、端末の不具合等を含む）について、開発者は一切の責任を負いません。
- 本アプリは、インターネット接続やOSのバージョンアップ等の外的要因により、正常に動作しない場合があります。
第8条（サービスの変更・終了）
開発者は、利用者への事前通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の中断、または終了を行うことができます。
第9条（規約の変更）
開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または本ページでの掲示をもって効力を生じます。

第11条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に準拠するものとし、本規約に関する紛争については、日本国内の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of SimpleCustomLauncher (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The App is a launcher application for customizing the Android home screen. It provides the following features:
- App shortcut placement and customization
- Phone call and SMS shortcut creation
- Calendar and memo features
- Other home screen related features
Article 3 (Advertising)
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Advertisement content is provided by third parties (Google and its advertising partners), and the developer assumes no responsibility for such content.
Article 4 (Purchase and Refund of Paid Content)
- The App includes premium features (“Paid Content”) that can be permanently unlocked through a one-time purchase.
- The price of Paid Content is as displayed on the Google Play purchase screen.
- Paid Content can be purchased through the payment methods provided by Google Play.
- Due to the nature of digital data, cancellations, returns, and refunds of Paid Content are not accepted after the purchase is confirmed. Please verify your operating environment before purchasing. For refunds under Google Play’s policy, please refer to Google Play Help.
- The developer shall bear no obligation to provide refunds if Paid Content becomes unavailable due to the user’s device environment, OS updates, or termination of the App.
- Data transfer upon device change shall be handled through the restore (purchase information recovery) function provided by Google Play.
- Temporary premium access through ad viewing is valid for 24 hours from the time of viewing.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
- Modifying the App or creating derivative works
- Redistributing the App for commercial purposes
- Unlocking premium features through unauthorized means
- Any other activities that violate applicable laws or public order
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to the user.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The App is provided “as is.” The developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding the operation of the App.
- The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss or device malfunction.
- The App may not function properly due to external factors such as internet connectivity or OS updates.
Article 8 (Service Modification and Termination)
The developer may modify, suspend, or terminate the App without prior notice to users.
Article 9 (Changes to These Terms)
The developer may modify these Terms as necessary. Modified Terms shall take effect upon posting within the App or on this page.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Japan.
